Will Best Buy recycle a motherboard, cpu, and a psu?

What about case fans?

I tried calling the store but nobody answers.

It doesn't say anything about motherboards or PSUs

Maybe the motherboard / PSU is in the "Desktop" category. Just call to be sure.

Thrift store would probably be a good choice for recycling used products. From what I see I've only seen best buy either have to pay for recycling or they recycle some old small mobile phones/batteries for free near the entrance sometimes.

To be fair, most garbage pickup involves recycling done at the collection center level.
