Best Buy returns

Hi so I recently bought a Logitech headset from Best Buy Canada in store. It seems to be defective as it cuts in and out and has a buzzing sound. It's says on the receipt that you can't return anything that is open. Yet it is defective. Will they let me return it?

yes, they will give you a replacement.

They will let you , I took back a Samsung monitor after it failed 3 weeks later.

Go to the Customer Service counter that will take care of it.

Well i cant speak for Best Buy Canada. But in Best Buy USA, the return policy only excludes software and food items. Anything else can be returned so long as it's complete and wuthin the alloted time.

What if I don't want the product anymore?

If you dont want the product, they will give you store credit. (Or in rare cases if you are stubborn enough they will refund your card)
They dont really care if you change your mind or want a new one, your money is staying in that store.

Over a headset , they will help you out with a refund or store credit.

Movies , Software , CD's , they won't.
