Im looking for the best possible 3D CAD modelling software there is on the market today.
The best so far I've found is TurboCAD Deluxe. Im running in Win8
My PC specs will run anything right now so dont worry about performance problems.
Im just looking for the best software out there.

just tell me the best for 3d, design, modelling, stress testing, human simulation to the design, mechanical.
Generally for designing biomedical parts eg implants, prosthetics and i want o modell them on the human body.
Also a CAD that can have material modelling is also beneficial but not imperative

While this thread ended more than 2 years ago and I am certain PhiNix has already made his decision by now, I would like to point out that Deluxe is the 3rd most powerful TurboCAD version and it only deals with Surfaces, not ACIS Solids.

TurboCAD Pro Platinum handles ACIS Solids and has far more commands available. Also, a permanent license can be had for less than a one year subscription to SolidWorks (and AutoCAD, too, if I remember correctly).
