Best Card for 135U$D today?

Hi guys, what would be the best card for around 135 U$D in the US?

I don't plan to overclock it, and not really do game at maximum or whatever, however it would be nice if it could handle heavy games as well as help the CPU on a Media Center.

What would be the best bang for the buck as of now, or is it wise to wait a little for another one soon?

My vote goes to the HD 7770. Just ordered one for a friend's build, can't wait to see how it runs. Benchmarks pretty well.

If you can get a 650Ti on the cheap then yes I would agree with you.
