I curretnly own this PC ( i CANNOT change the processor so kindly don't advice me to change it as i dont have money for it , but thanks ):

amd fx 4100 @3.60 ghz

coolermaster thunder 600w

coolermaster elite 311 CPU cabinet

corsair 2x 4gb = 8gb ddr3 @1600mhz each

asus monitor 1336x768.

Can u tell me which graphics card is best for me under 420 dollars to max out any game?

P.S: im thinking of getting the HD7870 sapphire 2gb dd45 Overclocked, is it good?>

i suggest hd 7850 as it is enough for 1366*768 for next coming up years and will not bottleneck badly

At that resolution the card you chose should run it just fine. Although if you are considering the 7870 have a look and see about the 7870 xt its just a tad under the 7950 and should serve you even better should you choose to run at a higher resolutions in the near future.

hd 7870 will bottleneck imo,stick with hd 7850

but i saw videos on utube showing it with fx 4100 ... be yaar muje kuch chahiye to khel saku abhi chutia jaisi halaat hai... bolna is there a way to run hd 7870 ,... hd 7850 sucks in front of hd 7870 besides i "might" upgrade CPU in coming time.

no you cannot able run hd 7870 in that at full load.it will be risk,if anything goes wrong,then it can also damage your gpu.

new psu is must

you have budget of 420$ so rs 20000 so it is enough for hd 7870@rs 16500 + new psu @rs 3900
