Best Card for Rift

System is MSI 970 Gaming AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard, 8GB G.skill Sniper 1866 DDR3,AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0GHz, and Rosewill Xtreme Series RX750-S-B 750W Continuous @40°C ,80 PLUS Bronze Certified.

I would go with the Asus R9270-DC2OC-2GD5 as it has a higher core clock and boost speed over the other two.

Are the other parts decent for a gaming PC? Haven't built one in several years.
