Best case fans?

Hi just wondering which are the best out of these 3 and any recommendations.
Im getting 2x140mm at the front and top then 1x120mm at the back.

Neither of those are particularly good.
The Be Quiet! Pure Wings 2 are pretty decent, although there are much better options out there.
The Fractal Silent R3s and NZXT FN V2s are quite flimsy, so stay away from those.

You typically want static pressure fans, as all cases generally have some sort of filter or front blocking airflow somewhat.
The very best are the Noctua NF-F12s and NF-A14s, quiet and amazing performance but they come in at a very high premium and the colors are very ugly, coming in that same beige color.
Do not get the industrial versions of these fans, as they are much louder.

The fans I would recommend are the Fractal Design HP-14 and HP-12 Venturi fans, they have similar if not quieter profiles than the Noctuas (in my experience) and perform very similar, with only negligible differences in static pressure while undercutting them in cost.
The Be Quiet! Silent Wings 2 and yet to be released Silent Wings 3 are both great airflow fans, so if the exhaust of your case is open, grab one of these for that purpose while putting 2x HP-14s on the top and front.

That's why i've listed the Fractal Design HP series fans above. They are mid range fans with great performance.
The best out of the 3 you've listed is the Pure Wings 2, however there are better fans for the price.
If you're on a tight budget however, I recommend the BitFenix Spectre Pro series, they're nothing too flashy, but have solid performance for the price and get the job done.
