Ok, so I've done a significant amount of research and I've come up with three case, but try as I might, I can't definitively say that one is the best of the three.
They are as follows:
Corsair 760t Arctic White

Antec 1200 V3

Thermaltake Core V71

Other case suggestions are welcome, but they must have:
At least one USB 3.0 port
One mount for a dual 120mm radiator (more than one is ok too)
Support GPUs that are about 310 mm long (I don't mind removing HDD cages)
And finally, it MUST have a windowed side panel (sorry, I am just one of those people who will be proud of their build and will want to show it off 😛)

Thanks very much to everyone who will post an answer, your help is much appreciated!

corsair 450D my personal favourite case - supports 1 120mm in the rear, 1 240mm in the front, 1 up to 360mm rad at the top - one in front, one in top, USB 3.0 port and supports 400mm long GPUs. also the side window covers the PSU (which i personally love)

Nice case! I checked it out on newegg, it looks good. Thanks for the suggestion dasulman, I'll look furthur into it. For a mid tower it's pretty good with organization, looks, and airflow. Awesome amount of fan mounts! Might be the case I'll go for. Again, thanks for the suggestion.
