Best case under £70 ($90)?

I'm really struggling to find a good case. It needs to have a viewing window and USB 3.0 on the front. I would also love an inbuilt fan controller although it is not essential.

Fan controller is probably tough.

Each of these cases has USB 3.0 front panel, side window, are well reviewed, are mid-tower ATX and have at least 1 external 5.25" bay (to allow you to add a fan controller).

All <70quid.... some as low as 50ish.
