Best Case under $100 USD For Watercooling?

I'm looking for a good watercooling case for under $100, I would like for it to have a big glass window. Cooling probably won't be a problem for me since I am not planning on overclocking (yeah i know, watercooling and not overclocking???? I'm doing it for silence and for A E S T H E T I C, since the PC will be in my room)

Color really does not matter since I was planning on painting my GPU backplate and parts of the cooler so I can paint the case too I guess. I would also like for it to have a GPU shroud since I do not want to make one myself

Compare Fractal Design Define S and Thermaltake Core X31.

I like both cases, except the Define S can like bend or whatever pretty easily, and as for the x31, i don't like how the front panel looks, not a fan of weird design.

Don't know why, but the define s looks small, must be because of its width changing its ratio

The Define S is a little wider than many mid-tower cases. However, it has two things that not many other cases have, dedicated mounts for reservoirs beside the mobo tray, and dedicated mounts for a pump on the bottom, underneath the reservoir mounts.
