Best cheap 120hz monitor?

I'm in the process of my first computer build. Unfortunately, I can't afford a monitor right away, but I will be using a 32 inch 60hz lcd TV to start. But I want to save up for a 1080p 120hz monitor. Price should definitely be below $400 and hopefully below $300, but I will have to see what I could come up with. So could anyone recommend me some monitors that meet my criteria? Thanks in advance!
PS: Try to keep the size between 22-27.

There's a 27" model of this monitor too, if that's your taste. It's 1920x1080.

Yeah but don't underestimate it, it's a pretty good monitor.

i second the asus VG248QE, best gaming monitor. If you are adventurous you can try the Korean 27" monitors, they are 1440p IPS and some models overclock pretty well too.

Yeah those monitors are great for the price too, but sometimes it's a hit and miss with those.
You have to be lucky to get a good one.
