best cheap 16gb ram

Hello this is going to be my first ever build and i am wondering What is the best 16gb ram for gaming that is pretty cheap?

'best' and 'cheapest' are usually mutually exclusive and 'cheap' is also quite relative when the 'cheapest' after the slowest and most generic stuff on the market is around $170.
