Okay so I sold my PC a few months back as I really needed the money back then, now iv realised that was a bad idea as i am now bored and need to start building a new PC.

I have a 450w PSU and a 500W PSU if that matters, as well as a 750ti but what I need is a cheap CPU and motherboard package or combo that will pair well with the 750ti.

My old system was a FX 6300, basic am3+ Motherboard,8GB DDR3 and a GTX 1060.

The games I typically play are CSGO, some GTA 5 but not at massive graphics settings and rust which I love to play, I knwo that RUST is a very high demanding game at the highest settings and the 750ti is only temp but what would go well with the 750ti so i can play rust on low to medium settings ?

Well the best bang for the buck right now on new components is a pentium g4560.
Pentium g4560 + b250 motherboard + 8gb ddr4 memory will run just under $200 USD.

This setup will actually be good for well beyond a 750ti (up to a 1050 ti) so you have a whole lot of room to grow.
Only reason I would consider buying something less then this is if you can get a deal on something used for $100 or less. This setup provides you with a very nice future upgrade path so it would be unwise to pay $125-150 for something with much more limited potential.
