best cheap cooler when not overclocking

Hi, i want a cheap aftermarket cooler that will give me noticeably lower temps when not overclocking. I was planning on getting the CM hyper 212 evo but it seems it's a cooler that shines when you OC and put a lot of heat into it.

PS: I have am FX 6300

Either use the cooler that comes with your CPU if you are buying a retail version, or get the 212 EVO.

OC or not, hyper 212 is a great cooler

CM hyper 212 evo shine all the time. Keep your CPU cool with or without overclocking.

when playing game will it be noticeable though as with all 5 case fans either connected my psu or MB(don't really know how fast they'll be going like this) my cpu temp when playing Blood Dragon was 54C and i hear 61C is the most you want it to go up to with FX cpus. I want an aftermaret cooler as getting a fan controller to lower the noise so it would make sense to get a better cooler to stop temps from rising when my fan speeds go down. Do you have any comparisons by any chance?
