Best cheap cpu cooler to buy ?

I need a cheap cpu cooler for under 30 euros without having to install a backplate at the back of motherboard.Also my socket is 1150. thanks in advance

Why no backplate? Is the motherboard that close the case? What CPU do you have? You might just want to use the stock cooler. If not, the Hyper 212 EVO will be pretty cool to get (pun intended)

every aftermarkt cooler comes with a backplate, i dont know why this should be a problem honestly.
you can install an aftermarkt cooler without taking out the motherboard.

that said what case are you using, and do you want one?

Your specs/mobo/case etc would be relevant here to give you any idea.

Since you don't want a backplate, it might be reasonable to assume you have a pre-built Dell or HP, which secure the stock cooler directly into the case itself - if that's the case, the only way to install another cooler would be to remove everything from the case & transplant it into a new one (which can be easier said than done, and will take you over your 30EUR budget).
