then add GPU when it will be to weak
OR
pick used one with intel 6/7 gen or ryzen 1/2 gen cpu, without gpu/ssd
and
add them, bought new. Reasons:
  1. for gaming gpu is most important so old gpu is usually a showstopper. buy old mobo/cpu but get good gpu for solid gaming performance, up to RTX 2060
  2. SSD used tend to fail soon, its not worth saving $ on them.
