Best Cheap graphics Card

Was planning on buying 2x Super Overclocked to SLI with but with talks of the new nVidia 700 coming out soon and AMD 8000 series which I read is supposed to be leaps and bounds better than anything around today and blow nVidia out of the water so I just can't justify spending $900 on two cards that are rapidly nearing the end of their production life with the speculation of what can be coming out in the near future. So what I'm asking is what's a good gou that's basically throw away later once I but two GTX 770's or two Radeon 8970

Yeh i don't think the 8xxx series will be out any time soon

Rumor: No new series of Graphic card is out this year.....

AMD already anounce will not release the 8xxx card this year...
still no news from nvi but i think it the same...

I've never been a fan of used graphics cards because, you seriously don't know how long its been used for or how long its going to last you but i guess if you wanna chuck something away once the next nvidia series and amd series comes out i guess thats alright.

If not you could get a brand new 650 ti which is only like $170
