Hello, im new to this and would like to know what graphics card to get to play DayZ smoothly and not slow and lagy

depends on your definition of cheap is, but according to price per performance it is the 650 ti for 150 $ which would most likely run dayz PERTY good

or I would get a 7770 if your looking around 120 $ which runs metro 2033 on 1080P with medium setting and with AA/AF with playable fps 32-37, 😀
