I know this topic has been discussed a lot, but most of the OP's seem to provide a list for people to pick from, whereas I'm too computer-stupid to do.

Z77 is the best chipset, am I correct?

I'd prefer to keep the price as low as possible, preferably somewhere under 100.

Yes, a Z77 based motherboard is what you want for overclocking a "K" cpu. P68 is possible, but it is an older version that does not support integrated graphics and usually even costs more.

There are any number of <$100 Z77 motherboards to pick from.
Pick your favorite brand, they are all good.
And... I am too lazy to pick one for you
