Best cheap used xeon cpu?

been searching a lot of xeon's lineup and found out X5670 and W3670
which one is better or do you guys have any better used 6 core in budget?

Keep in mind that for these to be relevant today they need an oc.
Then comes the motherboard problem. These are insanely expensive (140$ for the cheapest non oem one).
The great value of these cpu's quickly comes down the moment the board comes into play.

why should i pick the non oem one? whats the different between the oem and the normal X58 board? because i went on searching for the x58 and its only around 100$

The OEM boards don't have all the features - the bells and whistles... they're gimped.
