Best/cheapest Graphics Card

My specs of my pc:
Intel i7 4790k
16 GB Ram
750 w PSU
MSI Z97 motherboard
2 Hard drives
Optical drive

I would like a GPU that works well with gaming and as well for streaming. Which is really good but, not to expensive.

What's your budget? Your CPU is good for streaming so you really should only need a decent mid-high range GPU, something like the 1050 ti or 1060.
