Solution
If you could stretch it to about $130 the GTX 750 Ti would be a powerful card for the price (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn75toc2gi) from Nvidia, and if you can stretch it a liitle more, than the R9 270 delivers a huge amount of performance for about $170 (http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/video-card/#sort=a8&qq=1&c=154). However, I understand that sometimes you just can't get more money, so the best one at around $110 would be the MSI R7 260X (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7260x2gd5ocv1), a solid card that currently comes with 2 free games and, after a $20 rebate, is only $100!!! If you prefer Nvidia, you should stretch it just a little to get the 750 Ti, but if you're fine with AMD as your GPU, then...
Hmm, what is your budget, you may be able to stretch to something better or find it lying well within your range. Also, what would you plan to use the GPU for? Heavy gaming, light gaming/MMO's, web browsing/general use, or something else?

Since you will only be playing in 1600*900, this card should run almost every game at very high settings and will definitely perform better than the Xbox 360 (depending on your other parts). Also, watch this video to see just how even the 260X is with the 750 Ti for $30 less (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKy5ctjixaY). Hope this helped, contact me if you need anything else.

Ouch, that's a huge difference, too bad you can't buy it from here and send it there. Huh, you could go with your original thoughts, but if you can you should strive for that R7 260X. However, I can't pinpoint exactly what a good card would be as your country's price seem to be randomly matched up to mine in the US. You should try to use pcpartpicker.com to find a GPU in your price range and find benchmarks to compare them. You will likely find the GPU for you much faster that way than any of us will be able to, as it is a really simple filtering website that is quite hand for finding the best prices on parts.
