Question Best choice

I'm planning to buy a new monitor and I'm so confused on what to buy. My purpose of buying is because I just started using Filmora 9 (practicing video editing) and also for my games (CSGO, NBA, PUBG, DOTA 2) I dont usually play the latest games. So my problem is what kind/spec of monitor will i buy. My choices are :
Bezel 24" 144hz 1080p - 150 USD
Bezel 27" 144hz 1440p - 230 USD

My rig is
i3 6th gen 6100
4x2 gb ram 2133mhz
Asus RX 570 4gb
240gb SSD

1440p is quite nice, but idk how your RX 570 will hold up in games. I would probably get the 1440p, it's a nice bump in visual quality. It would also help keep you GPU-bound instead of CPU-bound in games.

But my problem is, can my rig set up handle the 1440p resolution. I only have rx 570 and a i3 6th gen. :/

Depends on the game and the settings. Mostly no, not on newer games. Less demanding games it could. Your CPU won't hurt you in 1440p, but your GPU will.
