Best CISS printer

I don't know the pros and cons, that's why I need to ask the community. I'm sure some of you are familiar with these kind of printer.

Canon and Epson printers usually work well, with Canon having the advantage of easier/cheaper replaceable heads. Brother is generally regarded as third and HP fourth preference among CISS converters.
