***Best Closed Loop Liquid Cooling System

I have a Corsair Vengeance Series C70 Gunmetal Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case which has a mount for a 240mm radiator for Liquid Cooling and the CPU is an AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W.

My question is: What 240mm Closed Loop Liquid Cooling System would be the most efficient and has the quietest fans for the specific chip that I have?

Side Note: I do prefer brand name, like Corsair, Cooler Master, Thermaltake... etc.

Idk what's the best but my nzxt x62 keeps my 4790k cool and it's almost silent in the mode I keep it in.

The name of that cooler is actually the NZXT Kraken x62 and it is a great cooler and definitely something I would recommend. The x62 actually has a 280mm radiator so the one you would want is the x52 that has the 240mm radiator you want
