Hi

I'm seaching components to make a computer for a person that will use it just for navigate, use office, create some videos with windows movie maker type apps etc...

I'm searching for a new CPU with integrated GPU and compatible with Windows 11 and the future IA tools that will require new CPU routines, so the CPU must be a new model.

It will not be use for gaming, so it can be cheap.

In the past I created a similar use computer with these components:
Intel Celeron G1820
4 GB DDR-3 1333 Dual Channel
Asrock H81M-HDS

It worked perfectly but now I need to make it with recent components.

What you recommend me? I'm totally outdated.

Budget Range: 200-300

System Usage: office, surfing the internet, watching movies

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Purchase: all

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: www.amazon.es or www.pccomponentes.com

Location: Spain

Yu should stylize your post akin to this thread;
and include all necessary information in order for the community to chime in with constructive suggestions.

Including the names of apps, the sort of budget you have and where you're located as well as your preferred site for purchase helps fine tune the suggestions.

Do you need all of the components or just CPU, motherboard, RAM?

did you noticed that CPU must be a new model? that CPU is from 2018, it has 6 years

I don't know pricing in Spain, but even here to build a sub $300 system with a latest gen CPU is going to be tough. This is going to put you in low end CPU land like Celeron (Q3, 2022 latest) or Athlon (not sure that these are available outside OEM). You would want to take a look at the lowest level of B series motherboard, one stick of RAM, perhaps a 2.5" SSD...you might be able to find a small M.2 drive within your price range (overall). Unfortunately, this is also going to require you keep with a low quality power supply, cheap case, and probably a used/refurbished monitor.

The build linked above is plenty for the use case you present.

It is impossible to give a perfect recommendation if we do not know which specific components you need with your 2/300 dollar budget. The 2400g is a 4 core 8 thread CPU that is worlds better than the celeron you had used before. To use a CPU that came out within the last year or two would most likely break your budget depending on what parts you need to fit your budget. An example of a "new" CPU build below that is not within the budget.
