Best combination for R9280 ?

Hi, I'm planning to upgrade my pc. My VGA is R9 280. What will be the best CPU,MOBO & RAM combination for me? My budget is around 400$ (for the above 3). I dont want my VGA to be bottlenecked. Help would be very much appreciated.

there will be no bottleneck with the parts I have listed. it is literally right at your pricepoint, and you may be able to switch up the ram with another for a combo deal and save even more $$$ Hope this helps!
