Best Compact Case

Although I have a NZXT H440, i'm looking for a high quality compact atx case with good airflow/cooling capabilities, good air/noise ratio and good looks.
The PC is on my desk and I find the H440 limiting as in airflow, looks are ok but the plastic's bugging me.

I'm a minimalist and i've looked at the Rosewill MX2-S but find it expensive for it's poor cable management.

Does there even exist such a thing or should I take matter into my own hands and make a case myself?
If so, do you have any idea's for such a case and thing I should consider or would have to cope with?

Compact ATX? You mean m-ATX or m-ITX?
How small do you want your case to be? How much are you willing to spend on it?

This case looks very nice has decent cooling and is also very portable. (mini itx compatible only)

Or go for the

This case has very good cooling for the size. Also has good cable management with a high airflow design (mini itx and micro atx compatible)

It depends on the case itself but a defenitive max of about 100-150, lower's always good. I have an ATX motherboard right now but if there's a really good case on a different mobo size I could go for it.

I want it as small as possible while still looking good.

I've been looking at the Lian Li A51, is that any good?
I have my doubts because it only has 2 spots for fans.
