Best compatable Motherborad

I'm looking to upgrade my moterboard. As far as i know with my i5-6600K Z170 would go the best. I would like to ask you guys what can u sugest me. I want to go with ASUS and MicroATX (MATX)

Asus PRIME Z270M-PLUS, but I was looking at PC Part Picker for availability. If you can find them, I'd recommend either.

Main difference is form factor. Strix Z270G is mATX, Strix Z270H is ATX.
There are also some minor differences like number of available USB ports, different i/o panel connections and more.

hmmm...may I ask, why you want to upgrade your mainboard?
The only reasons:
- since you have a k processor, your current one can not OC.
- you need more interface <---there might be some other solution to this problem
- your current one is just about to die

If your reason is not among those above, you do know that changing the mainboard will not make your PC actually faster, yes?

Hello, yes main reason is because this one is about to die. O you could say dead because Ethernet slot dont work ram slot burned. GPU slot (PCIe)x16 burned and front usb dont work

I would try to find out why those got burned.
