1)Your question is too vague. You need to give specific games.
2)The single channel configuration will hurt performance with a new gpu in most modern titles.
3)If Speccy's +12v reading is accurate, you can forget about a gpu upgrade. The psu needs to go first. 9.664v on the +12v rail is too low.
It should be able to supply power within 10% of 12.0v - in other words, no lower than 10.8v and no higher than 13.2v.
