Best complete pc for under 2000$?

I have gotten tired of trying to build pcs and it always has problems. I guess Im just like someone who tries to farm but doesn't have a green thumb. If anyone could link a complete built pc that is able to run any new games with 60 fps and isn't incredibly loud. I will be eternally grateful. I've looked but I don't know whats good.

Really good PC prebuilt $1900. Comes with a 980TI which can ultimately play most games ultra 4k 60fps matched with an I7-5820k. Also liquid cooled.

I wouldn't touch Cyberpower with a 10 foot pole. I've read way too many horror stories about their utter lack of quality control to consider them.
