Hey guys, I'm looking at going into IT once I finish high school, since I'm only a freshman now, what sort of jobs should I go after, I was looking into computer hardware engineering but also some software engineering, is there any other IT jobs that would be good to look into, I also don't have much experience, all I have is that I've already built my own computer and I've already been making a few websites…

Thanks, and if you say a different IT job, or even if you say the engineering jobs, could you please tell which classes would be the best ones to take to maximize the possibilities of getting a job right out of college…

Thanks, all help appreciated!!!

I think designing websites and software development is an excellent idea.
There are always people looking for this. And if you do software development you basically write the language of the future. ;D
I'm in the hardware side of IT at the moment, because I love it.
As far as IT goes, you're pretty safe, because there is such much work revolving around computers.

Hardware generally speaking earns less than the Software side.

If you go into hardware, you can always study software while you do that, or vice versa. See...

On all the websites you'll see software / web development top rated.
