Best config for 200+ fps

I have AMD a6 processor, Nvidia GTX 960, 8gb DDR3 ram, 1TB hard drive, Win 10.
Will I get 200+ fps with above mentioned config for CS go

Here's an FX8350 with a GTX960 with 200-300 fps...

Might depend on which A6 processor we are dealing with....

Just curious, but is fps that high really so important when your monitor isn't actually designed to display that much?
*Assuming you don't have one of those 240hz monitors*
