Best cooler for 5960x @ 4.7ghz

I'm planning to upgrade to a 5960x and over clock to 4.7ghz. Which cooler should I get?

Air or Water (AIO)?

For Air it's always going to be Noctua d15. For water, its really any of the the brands, they all do the same thing with a 240mm rad.

well the Noctua d15 is rated for around 270watt TDP while the top AIO cooler LEPA AquaChanger 240 is rated for 330watts TPD. Your CPU overclocked is about 210watts TDP.

The AIO cooler is going to be quieter and have lower temps. But just like all AIO, it will fail within 3-5 years. The Noctua warranty is 6 years and you never have to worry about leaks.

Oh damn! I didn't even know the TDP for coolers were so high. I might have to upgrade my psu first.
