Best cooler for 7600k?

Alright so im gonna be returning my current liquid cooler, and ill have around 100 dollars. What should I get? Because im gonna be overclocking and dont want to worry about temps too much. I heard the H60 is good, so I dont know. (Has to be on Amazon for under 100)

I would suggest a air cooler because of less failing parts,As for air cooler the Noctua NH-D14 will do the trick, but do notice it is pretty huge, might cause clearance issues, if that is a problem then the Noctua NH-U14S also give similar performance

I have to go with Liquid, no air cooler thats good enough fits in my case. Its a small case
