Best cooler for an fx-8370

In about a month ill be getting some funding (300$) so im deciding to pick up a 8370, which would leave me with around 90-100$ for a cooler

im open for suggestions

Case:Rosewill CHALLENGER - Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
MO: MSI 990 FXA Gaming Motherboard
ram: 16gb ddr3
(let me now if you need more info)

Im not to experienced with manual overclocking, but i know that these cpu have turboboost. If anyone could get me a cooler to go over turboboost, please include a tutorial for overclocking this cpu manually.

If you already have that motherboard, I suggest that you get an FX-8320E. It'll save you a lot of money.

Besides clock speed, yes. And clock speed usually never matters.
