Best cooler for overclocking 4670k mATX?

I'm not very picky, but I love silence and great performance. clc or air, I don't care, but I need silence.

I don't mean to come out like I'm demanding help, just looking for some opinions on what to get. I have a 4670k and I'd like to get the best oc that I can. Case is the Corsair 350d.

Budget of `$100

I would recommend an air cooler like the NH-D14 or NH-U14S since they are the best air coolers you can buy. They will be able to overclock your 4670K up to 4.5Ghz without a hassle and they will be super quiet. If you weren't overclocking, then I would recommend a low profile cooler like the NH-L12.
