I want to buy a ryzen 7 3700x and I am wondering about that stock cooler, which cooler would you recommend me to this cpu? (For light overclock) It doesn´t matter if thats air cooler or AIO .

There are too many coolers to choose from. What you need is at least an air cooler with 6 heat pipes and 140mm fan(s). Noctua makes some of best ones.
From AiO coolers, minimum 140 or 240mm coolers.
