Best cooler for the money?

im debating between a h60 and a h100, the h60 is £50 and the h100 is £87 or what other coolers do you recommend?

Get the Noctua NH D14. Much quieter than those Corsair water coolers and just as effective at cooling. Also cheaper than the H100.

how well will i be able to overclock stable at around no more than 75 degrees? and i can change the fan on the h60 to a sp 120mm so its near silent

I can't really tell how your overcloking will go. But you can use any 120mm fan.

I run at 80*C. when running Prime95 at a 4.6 GHz OC, so 75*C. under normal operation should be very easy to get.

With the Corsair H55 I run at 40 Celsius, 4.1 GHz On the AMD 6350 which is famous for getting hot. So you'll be fine with the h60.
