Hi, I am looking to upgrade my pc with a new cpu cooler (AIO or Air) In my pc I am using a gtx 970, and i7 4790 with a stock cooler, however I have been into streaming lately and have found that my pc gets extremely hot extremely quickly and is hard to stream certain games. Soon I am looking to upgrade to a gtx 1080, 750w psu, and a new cooler, I am using the GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S2H mobo, and AvP Venom atx case, what would be the best cooler for me to get with around a £60 - £70 maximum price, THANK YOU!

Solution
Just stick with a decent air cooler on that CPU, given it's not overclocking you don't need any higher.
Go with this.
If you don't want the Inno3D card for whatever reason, get the FTW Gaming for $499.
