After all this time I'm still stumped as to why the X61 gets branded with these cons but the H240 X2 doesn't:

#1 Requires double-140mm-fan case with radiator space
#2 Expensive

Some insight would be nice

Never will i ever spend +30 or even 80$ for an air cooler.
Dont care to add another 2-3 pounds (pulling on board as well), nor do i care about the limitations (case/ram etc) or see the benefit over LC.
Hot air still gets exhausted into the case, which even a low end AIO will not do.

My H60i (update one) has a 5y warranty that covers ALL components that get damaged if it fails, no air cooler is covering that.
Temps for cpu is way lower than on air (68C for 3770k@4GHz), and chipset/vrms/gpu etc are all around 10-30*C lower, as the rad blows the hot air right out the case, and it cost me 60$...
