Never seen a H100 fitted to a GPU. Seen a H105 to a GPU but not a H100.

as stated LN2 (liquid nitrogen) would be the absolute BEST cooling, but its expensive and not generally used unless you want extreme overclocking for setting records or something. a custom water loop would be the next best.
