Best cooling for my system?

Hey.

I have the Thermaltake Chaser A31 and I was wondering if adding 2 Corsair SP120 Quiet Edt. as front intake and 2 AF140 quiet edt. for top exhaust would help cool down my system? And is it even worth it?

I have the same configuration but i only noticed a drop of 1-2c on the cpu when i turn on the top fans, however the motherboard and case temps drop 4-6c depending on ambient room temp.

Would you say it's worth getting? and does it make any difference when it comes to noise levels?
