Okay guys!
I've just Finished my new build, using the Bit Fenix Shinobi (non Windowed) case **LINK**
http://
the setup is a i5-2500 (will upgrade to I7-3770k when i save up a little ) with a XFX OC 7870 and everything is running lovely
But..yes theres a But...
if you see the case, it has 2 ports for 120mm fans at the front, but there only thing actually allowing the air in is the two mesh pannels at the sides and so its kinda restricting my airflow capabilitys, i have 2 140mm spaces at the top of my case and 1 120mm at the back with another 120mm at the bottom.
i Did have some cooling issues with my CPU but thats because i went full retard ( never go full retard) and installed my cpu cooling wrong, but its all fixed now and working fine. i WILL be upgrading the cooling because atm its a cheapo £11 cooler from aska its fine for now but i dont want no 60c at 100% load!!!!
(and thats another question..what cooler?)
Anyway right now my set up is one 120mm fan at the bottom bringing air in, and one at the front though im reluctant to actually put another because im just not sure if its worth it with the restriction from the case...
i have 1 120mm at the top and im using the rear one aswell.
Im really in need of a better cooling setup as for some reason my 7870 is hitting like 60-70c when playing some games such as bioshock (which runs like a beut)
im not sure if this is fine temp but numbers like that scare me!
someone lend me some advice on cooling and what coolers to get, i would prefer performance BUT! i do want it quiet because i hate the fact its so loud atm. ( due to cheap cpu cooler)
im using these fans but the one at the rear is the standard that came with my case, though that seems quieter then my bought ones P

and here is the airflow and shizz

Light blue: is current intake fans
Red: out take fans
Orange: hot GPU (need solution)
Purple: another front fan slot
Yellow: im thinking of putting an intake fan there? im not too sure, or use it if i get water cooling (im thinking of getting a ONE fan sized water cooler)
This shows the restrictions (for the front fans)

so yeah, i need some help to keep my GPU cool and help on case cooling as im keeping the side pannel off atm to allow more airflow and i dont really mind it off for now.., also what coolers etc etc!
And im on a budget, until i win the lottery or find a tree that has a tendency to grow cash!
Okay ENJOY!
OI.
