Nope, you can't upgrade that without spending more than it's worth. Just replace it with any i3 or better desktop.

1) You can upgrade up to Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E8600 (includes E8400)
2) You CANNOT "upgrade" to AMD
3) It will cost you MORE to upgrade that piece of garbage than to replace it.
