Best CPU air cooler under 4" height?

planning on replacing my stock AMD CPU cooler but would like to stick to a microATX case since i have a a mobo with that size, im curious whats the best CPU air cooler with a heatsink not taller than the Video card like the 5830 at 4" since im planning on getting the Sunbeam UFO case that requires the CPU cooler to only be as high as the video card, either universal or AMD3 cooler will do
