Best cpu and gpu combo for lga 775 mobo

I needed help with my problem.. My grandma has her old pc which she is willing to give me..it has e5700 dual core processor @3.0ghz
Ecs motherboard with pcie 2.0
4gb ram
I want to play gta 5 and csgo at respectable framerate i am willing to buy a gpu and a new cpu if needed but i hv no money for new mobo..so plz suggest a pair of cpu and gpu for lga 775 socket.which has bottleneck to its minimum..i want to play in 1024*768..plz reply fast..

You can get a functional motherboard for like $50 now-a-days, its worth saving for a new one.
