been over 2 years now that an extremely long time im assuuming there should be something better than that by now ?

this was recommended by 1 person, that 1 person knew alot about cpus, its the best cpu that there was

The 3200G is the improved version over the 2200G, $15 difference on US PCPer.

Unfortunately not really. There isn't anything significantly better than the 2200G in the same price range (~80 USD).

If you don't need integrated graphics, the cheapest worthwhile upgrade from a 2200G would be a Ryzen 2600/X for $120/$130.

It's slightly better, and slightly more expensive as mentioned above. If you already have a 2200G it's certainly not worth upgrading to the 3200G.

The 2200G or 3200G are bargain basement propositions that save the user $100 on a basic GPU, but, please be under no illusion that one is gaming in anything beyond 720P with low settings...; and given the 4c/4t design, with i3-6100-like frame rates...

if so than i gues there's nohing beter than '2200g' in nearly 3 years....
