Best cpu case

Solution
The only case that fits your budget is the Thermaltake Versa C22 RGB Snow Edition for $49.99 after $20 MIR. Your better off buying a good case for around $50 then adding in RGB fans later.

I'd suggest this for now...

Case: Fractal Design - Focus G (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($53.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $53.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Then adding a few of these when you have the extra money.

Case Fan: Cooler Master - MasterFan Pro 120 Air Balance RGB 42.7 CFM 120mm...

You can have the R G and B seperate at that pricepoint but not combined. The one case that has rgb under 50 (cm masterbox lite 5 rgb) has extremely bad ventilation. I recommend you get a cheap well venitlated case and put a ledstrip in it.

Solution
thats a stretch...

$50 is basically the lower end cases (either bad air flow or no extra's like rbg)

$75-100 is gonna be likely the min for a decent RBG case with proper airflow

could always check sites like amazon, newegg, etc for sales/deals on cases (i got my EVGA DG-73 which is normally $80-90 for $40 on sale...oddly enoguh havent had any air issue that some report with it) just might take awhile to find one you like.

also depending on the components you might wanan try for a larger mid-sized to full case (if u have large/bunch of stuff inside smaller cases will turn into hotboxes even with good airflow normally)
