best cpu choice

I'm narrowing down choices for my first build which will be for my son who multi tasks
game / skype
youtube /game etc etc

and so in the future it is possible he may get a second monitor so he can have two things running one on each screen But which cpu do I go for intel / amd .
what I was thinking if possible was the gpu on one monitor for the games and something else for the less taxing stuff for the second monitor, would it be possible to run the less taxing stuff from the cpu if so which brand. If this makes sense

That primarily depends on what the rest of your system is. Mind sharing the parts you've narrowed down for you son? If anything you can connect up to 4 monitors off one graphics card without any issues.

when you say without any issues, if youtube running as background noise while playing a game, does it not affect fps etc.
I saw something "I think " saying about intel would be ok for second monitor but amd r5's maybe not.

As for the other parts its still up in the air but I'm looking around £700 lower the better but ;
r5 1400/1600x intel i5 7400/7500/7600
rx470/570 gtx 1050ti/1060
8gb ram then the other stuff to go with it
